At House to Home Surveys Ltd, we understand that buying your first home, next home, or next investment is an important personal decision. Our aim is to make sure you have the information you need to help you along that journey.
We can provide a variety of reports for different purposes to meet your needs. The layout of our reports follow industry best practice format, including using a traffic light condition rating system for our RICS Home Survey Level 2 (formerly Homebuyer Survey) and RICS Home Survey Level 3 (formerly Building Survey or Full Structural Survey). The reports are designed to help you clearly understand the property and allow you to make an informed decision on your upcoming home or investment.
Our surveyors are Chartered, accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are also qualified under the RICS Registered Valuer Scheme, so rest assure, you are in safe hands.

Party Wall & Schedule of Conditions
We are specialists in resolving disputes arising from works notifiable under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. We also offer Schedule of Conditions for a variety of purposes including to limit tenant repairing obligations at the beginning of a new lease.
